Several members from the noon and daybreak Rotary clubs serve on the Franklin Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and attended a board retreat on Feb. 18. The retreat included a field trip to Highlands Outpost and Highlands Aerial Park, where some were brave enough to try the Giant Swing that is hoisted 80 feet into the air and then drops suddenly as it begins swinging.
