Rotarians Jessica Baucum, Guy Gooder, Jimmy Villiard and Jim Garner volunteered to give out free bicycle helmets at the July 4 festivities in downtown Franklin. Rotarian Amy Manshack’s State Farm office donated coloring books and crayons to give kids.
